Alex Hart
The Designer. The Builder. The Exhausted.
In the fall of 2024, I left my day-job in hopes of finding a career that would allow me to build things every day. When the idea for Beatrice started, I converted my janky woodshop into a space I wanted to spend time in, with real tools and real inspiration. I spent the next 6 months designing frames and furniture that I had always wanted, but could never find. The things I make are real, strong, and meant to be handed down to your loved ones. Gone are the days of disposable furniture.
Mary Hart
The Best Friend. The Namesake. The Chief Safety Officer.
Mary uses her 10+ years of emergency nursing experience to ensure the Beatrice shop stays safe, fingers stay attached, and fires remain extinguished. Her ferocity for safety (and her baking skills) know no bounds.
Walter
The Ride-or-Die. The Cadillac. The Brand Ambassador.
Instead of chasing birds and barking at the mailman, Walter chooses a simpler life filled with sun, snacks, and snoozing. He also likes to pretend he can’t hear you.
George
The Little Brother. The Head of Security. The George.
George’s loud and tenacious spirit ensures no one comes near the Beatrice shop without proper security clearance. Thank you, George, for your unwavering service. Go get the ball.
